“Cosmetic” dentistry is what we do every day at Hidden Lakes Dental Care.
Although there is no dental specialty called “cosmetic dentistry,” we have trained with some of the best clinicians in the world to learn and perfect the skills necessary to give the results that we and patients desire. Dr. Crowl and Dr. Gallos have trained privately with Master Trainers from the Las Vegas Institute, a world renowned cosmetic dental training center, and continue their education yearly, staying current with the newest materials and methods available. Our dental ceramists are some of the best in the world at creating natural looking porcelain restorations. They have also undergone extensive training in cosmetic dentistry and dental materials so they can provide us with the results we anticipate.
Cosmetic dentistry can range from the simple fix of a chipped tooth to the complex restoration of a complete smile makeover. Our goal is to restore your natural looking smile that you’ve always desired.
What types of Cosmetic Dentistry do you do?
Bonding: This includes the replacement of the old “silver” or mercury fillings that leave your teeth with those unsightly grey or black spots instead of a natural tooth color. These fillings are easily placed much like any typical filling, but they certainly achieve dramatic results.
All Porcelain Crowns: Whenever we place a crown, we are looking to replace what has been lost, with the most natural looking material possible. All Porcelain Crowns have no metal at all, and don’t have the distinctive dark line at the gum line. They are the preferred choice for the entire mouth.
Bridges: We can replace worn restorations and missing teeth with a bridge, the resulting look achieves a very aesthetic result.
Smile Makeovers: Here we look at the overall aesthetic of your smile, suggest changes, and create a “mock-up” of your desired smile for your approval. We often finish complete makeovers within three weeks!
