"Everyone is very nice and helpful."

Everyone is very nice and helpful. I like the fact that I am remembered there and so are my kids. I am explained everything if needed and treated with respect. My kids and I are very comfortable going there. My older girl is going to change her insurance so she can stay there. Thank you for all you do.

Cosmetic Dentistry
Frequently the term “cosmetic dentistry” is used as if it is a dental specialty. This is not the case; it is not recognized as a specialized field of dentistry. The term actually refers to any procedure that improves the aesthetics of the smile and that is what we do every day here at Hidden Lakes Dental Care. Both Drs. Crowl and Gallos have trained at Las Vegas Institute under private Master Trainers. The Las Vegas Institute is a prominent cosmetic dental training center. In addition to their extensive training, the doctors both take continuing education classes to stay current on the latest materials and techniques. The patients at Hidden Lakes Dental Care benefit from their dedication and extensive training.
Before
After
What is considered cosmetic is somewhat subjective. Some procedures are designed strictly to improve the aesthetics of the smile, for example teeth whitening. Some dental procedures that are considered restorative also have a positive impact on the aesthetics, so they could also be considered cosmetic. A few examples of cosmetic procedures we provide for our patients include:
Dental implants – This is thought of as a restorative procedure, although it has a positive impact on the smile. Implants can replace a missing tooth with one that has the same form, function, and beauty as the remaining natural teeth.
Teeth whitening – This procedure does not benefit the patients oral health, it is only performed to improve the aesthetics of the smile.
Crowns – When a tooth has severe damage or decay, and cannot be filled, a crown is the best option for treatment. A crown will protect the tooth’s structure, and restore both its function and aesthetics.
Veneers – The primary focus of this procedure is improving the appearance of the smile. They are bonded to the front of teeth, giving them a whole new look. In the case of teeth that are chipped or cracked, but do not have extensive damage to warrant a crown, veneers can reinforce and protect the tooth.
